Nedstack fuel cell technology develops and manufactures Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell stacks and systems. The main applications of our fuel cells are Built Environment, Industrial and Maritime Fuel Cell solutions. To deliver emission-free energy solutions worldwide, we work closely together with several system integrators. Due to a growing demand for our solutions, Nedstack is rapidly expanding its organization in several departments. The Purchasing department is your domain! You are responsible for improving and professionalizing the Purchasing department. Your tasks are purchasing components, materials, parts, assemblies and services for Nedstack products and systems. You research the international supplier market, you organize purchasing with your team and you negotiate prices and delivery times. We look for quality in suppliers and products. You ensure that there is always sufficient stock and that the logistics process is optimal.

• Assessing suppliers on quality and delivery reliability;
• Independently request and purchase based on supplied specifications;
• Preparing quotation requests.
• Handling price requests from internal customers;
• Monitoring the contractual agreements;
• QC and other departments to coordinate supplier visits.
• Handling warranty claims, complaints and returns;
• Manage the supplier rating system, catalogs, and price lists;
• Prepare reports of purchase turnover per supplier;
• Managing your colleague buyer.

jouw profiel

It would be great if you have experience with international purchasing. And hopefully you are familiar with the health and safety, environmental and quality regulations.

• You have 5 to 10 years of purchasing experience;
• Technical Bachelor's degree;
• NEVI 1 + NEVI 2;
• The Dutch and English language are required
