We are seeking an HR Officer to expand our HR back-office team. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing international HR administration, serving as a key point of contact for employees and suppliers across various European countries regarding HR-related matters. You will directly report to the Head of HR.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Offering reliable administrative HR support throughout the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensuring the proper implementation and adherence to HR procedures, processes, and policies.
  • Managing the administration and upkeep of our HR systems.
  • Timely preparation of all changes related to Dutch and international payrolls.
  • Recording and monitoring employee absenteeism.
  • Managing digital employee files.
  • Generating various reports on demand.

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR professional who is driven, proactive, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Your adaptability, positive outlook, and proactive "can-do" attitude align well with our dynamic work environment. Being a collaborative team player who enjoys interacting with colleagues throughout the company is a key attribute.

As our ideal candidate:

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or have demonstrated an ability to work at that level.
  • Your background includes administrative experience in an international setting.
  • You have a proven track record in data collection, entry, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Keeping abreast of updates in HR laws and regulations is a practice you value.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are part of your skill set.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a given.
  • Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, is one of your strengths. You are fluent in Dutch and have a solid command of English.
